Saw this fic on sga_flashfic and decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did. It's dark and freaky and creepy and a very good read. Well-written and the characters are very much in character. If you don't mind a fic a little on the dark side, take a look. I think you'll like it.

I read this fic a while ago, when it was posted, and I bookmarked it. There was something about that hit just right. I wandered there this morning and that "something" was still there. Let me know if you agree. It's a short fic, but a very powerful one.

Down Came a Spider (McKay whump, PG-13/T)

Okay. I'm so glad this fic is finally complete so I can rec it here. I generally don't read WIPs on the chance that the author won't finish it, but in Tipper's notes she said it was done so I decided to trust her--and I'm SO glad I did. I started reading this fic a few days ago and found myself waiting each night for her to post a new chapter. A really great McKay whumper and we even get to see Carter in action and on Atlantis, getting an eyefull of McKay's city.

Frustration (McKay whump, PG-13/T)

I was wandering around Fanfiction.net and stumbled across this nice little McKay whumper in the "Just In" area. Written pretty well (but watch out for the unmarked scene changes/point of view switches--once you get the hang of that you'll have no problems.) I enjoyed it. What's not to like with a little McKay whump over lunch?

Good story overall. You know me and I wish there was more Rodney whumpage, but you get a little and a bunch of Sheppard whump. Mostly focuses on John, Rodney, and Elizabeth. I read it a few months ago and finally found it again thanks to a member on the SGAHC list.
