Saw this fic on sga_flashfic and decided to give it a go. I’m glad I did. It's dark and freaky and creepy and a very good read. Well-written and the characters are very much in character. If you don't mind a fic a little on the dark side, take a look. I think you'll like it.

Okay. I'm so glad this fic is finally complete so I can rec it here. I generally don't read WIPs on the chance that the author won't finish it, but in Tipper's notes she said it was done so I decided to trust her--and I'm SO glad I did. I started reading this fic a few days ago and found myself waiting each night for her to post a new chapter. A really great McKay whumper and we even get to see Carter in action and on Atlantis, getting an eyefull of McKay's city.

I was wandering around Fanfiction.net and stumbled across this nice little McKay whumper in the "Just In" area. Written pretty well (but watch out for the unmarked scene changes/point of view switches--once you get the hang of that you'll have no problems.) I enjoyed it. What's not to like with a little McKay whump over lunch?

This fic was posted over on SGAHC a few days ago and I'm finally get around to read it and I'm enjoying it tremendously. Hey, a little McKay whump and some nice h/c from the SGA folks. How can you go wrong? The author does a great job of blending reality and dreams into the fic making it a very interesting read.

Freedom's Just Another Word for Nothing Left to Lose (Rodney POV)

I just finished this fic and it is wonderfully bittersweet. It's a Rodney fic (of course) and takes place in the future so you'd probably consider it AU. Although it is considered slash (McShep), there is absolutely nothing graphic. It only alludes to a relationship so you shouldn't get all icky if it's not your cup of tea. It's written very well and there's a lot going on in this fic between the lines. The author does a fantastic job. Kudos! And if you know me, you'd know that I'm a gen/canon kinda girl and the het and slash pairings aren't my cup of tea, but something about this fic just made me read it and I'm glad I did.
